Text, email and phones are buzzing. People all over New England are eyeballing puddles, bogs, ponds and lakes. Some have sailed but all of us are on the prowl. At this time of year be alert. Look (test) before you leap and be with a buddy. Hopefully we will have something to really talk about very soon.
